Lori Fisher is an accomplished operations leader with over twenty-five years in senior roles directing and mentoring highly diverse teams. She transformed negative cultures, implemented critical systems and led sites with significant hazards including machining and robotics. Her focus on thinking systems with meaningful communication, self-risk management, and co-worker care and consideration, transformed site safety cultures and outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Kent State University, PMP certification, and holds several certifications from top tier organizations in the UK and US.

Lori launched PLS Management Consulting in 2023 and formalized the PLS Framework that dramatically increases business agility and team option access and success. ​

In May 2024, Lori joined Cabrera Lab, educating students, teachers, and professionals in adaptable higher-order thinking skills. She also serves on several advisory boards including Portage County Safety Council Steering Committee, SHRM Portage County Board, and YAREN Organization, Uganda.
