Lori G. Fisher is a respected operations leader with over twenty-five years’ conversance directing and mentoring highly diverse teams. She transformed negative cultures, implemented critical systems, and churned results exceeding KPIs across four industries, over a broad spectrum of business maturity in private and global enterprises.
She surged significant business outcomes through high-level engagement and customer collaboration in crucial junctures in biotechnology, aerospace, steel, and steel tool industries, expanding technical capability and surging baseline performance to meet market demands. Selecting, directing, and troubleshooting comprehensive business processes and knowledge management systems, Lori used best practice as a platform for step-ahead outcomes while retaining and enhancing the uniqueness of the business.

She holds bachelor of science in Chemistry from Kent State University and Project Management Professional Certification from The Project Management Institute.
Lori launched PLS Management Consulting in 2023 and formalized the PLS Framework that dramatically increases business agility and team option access.

Lori joined Cabrera Lab in May 2024 as a Customer Success Advocate and member of a small talented team of individuals with niche expertise, led by Drs. Derek and Laura Cabrera. She also serves on the SHRM Portage County Board of Directors, Portage County Safety Council Steering Committee Member, and as an operations & systems advisor for YAREN Organization, Uganda.
